Hi guys i only want to know if i buy a this adapter for my makita hs7601j and a guide rail will it work i got a reply telling me different

Yes it works but it takes a bit of getting used to. My firt few cuts were not great. The saws blade guard gets in the way and I tied mine "unsafely" up.Also you can't plung the saw down down as you may have seen on YouTube. So you have to set the saw blade to the depth of the material. Make sure you have enough track on each side of the timber for the saw blade to clear the cut, but remain held straight by the track.

Does the job but way overpriced

As someone who is not so confident using a circular I bought the track for it. but then found I needed an adaptor to make it useful so the costs keep mounting up! This product did work for me but is very overpriced for a piece of plastic with 2 metal bars

Hi there, great product but only arrived with 1 RULE BAR!! WHEN IT CLEARLEY SHOWS 2 RULE BARS IN PIC ON AMAZON!! I WAS PLANNING TO USE ADAPTER WITH OTHER PROJECTS. WHEN YOU GET THE ADAPTOR CONTENTS LIST, THEN IT SHOWS ITEMS FOR THE ADAPTOR . MINE HAS CLEARLY BEEN SUPPLIED FOR JUST JIG SAW!! YOU MUST SELECT STANDARD WITH THE 2 RULE BARS.
