This dehydrator is great. The trays are more shallow, however this is not a drawback it has more room between the elements and the fan. This means less turning. Also included are several tray silicone mats this was a special bonus. I do tomato leather rather than doing paste. SO I reached out to the company with a request for more of these since there was only 2 included. They were very responsive and helpful with this request. Included with the dehydrator was a handy little book, not particularly helpful for my family we have been dehydrating for some time. The stainless steel racks were well constructed so I expect them to last for some time. Also included was a full set of mesh silicone liner parts. Very nice. I also like that all the silicone is the soft style. so unloading the mats is a breeze. I have to say for the price I am very pleased with this purchase.

This food dehydrator it’s efficient, operates quietly, dries evenly without overheating, accurate temperature controls, simple to use, reliable results and great value. I love drying my condiments.

My jerky was first item tried - machine did very well drying and cooking. Only thing isnot put together leveled and have to work the door to close properly

Had this dehydrator for about a month. So far I have done a lot of herbs, some beef jerky and fruit leather. The machine has a lot of room with many shelves and a lot of extras too. I have had two other dehydrators in the past 20 years and none of them has worked nearly as well as this one. It dries so quickly, it is very quiet and I am very impressed with it so far. It works very well, is definitely worth the extra money to get the one. I love the design and ease of use.

Decent quality and features for the price. I use it primarily for drying 3D printing filament. Will hold two reels of filament at the same time either on their side or flat with good separation between the reels. Most importantly it does reach it's stated hight temperature of 195 F / 90C. At these temperatures the hysteresis above and below the set temp. is plus or minus 8 F or 5 C measured with a RTD probe with +-0.5 % F accuracy.

This thing is great we love to dehydrate fruits and veggies in the summer to store for winter and for snacks for the grandkids and this works great we also have made some jerky with it it’s the best thing we have ever used. So easy to clean. Not noisey at all. You barely smell it while it’s working. Best money I’ve spent. So versitile you can make about anything in it. It has a large capacity so you go a lot at once! Love the book with it also can’t wait to try out some of the recipes inside.

This dehydrator is tiny, it's not much larger than a shoe box. I bought it to dry 3D printer filament which it works excellent for. I can for two spools in at a time. I had second intentions to make beef jerky with it but you can't fit very much in there, not really worth the hassle for the small amount. So overall it works well for tiny jobs. Wish it was larger.
