One of the best cooking spray and it work well . I m totally satisfied with this product and best product for health conscious people.

Promising product
I think it works well with non stick. It greases the surface well for cooking. I haven't tried it with normal curry etc. If it really is zero calories then it's worth it. However, I have one complaint regarding the spray action, it isn't very smooth. The liquid comes out unevenly.

Nozzle issues
It's nozzle is quite delicate. Have to be careful so that it does not comes off and deems the product to be a waste. If bottle was made for a product with 500+ sprays, then the nozzle (most essential component of the product) could have been engineered in a much better fashion to with-stand up-to the 500+ spray point!

Its good, and caloric value that has given, is correct. Go for it am using it from last 5 months and am sa tu misfired with the result.
