PME Kinghtsbridge liquid food colour. can be used for icing buttercream, biscuits, macaroons and may other food. Each bottle contains 25g and it is recommended that you use no more than 1tsp per 250g icing.

Review: The royal blue didn't really turn out the way I'd like it to(I was hoping for a crisp clean light blue colour). Nevertheless, the colours are pretty! Then again I didn't put a lot of the colouring in as the liquid would affect the consistency of the whipping cream. Other things to consider would be purchasing a buttercream whitening liquid for better colour results as buttercream and creams have a natural hint of yellow in it and of course yellow+ blue creates a slight greener tone. I have yet to try the blue colour paste, maybe that would make a difference.

Not a royal blue, more like smurf blue. It does give a strong colour and no bad taste, however I would not buy again, mixed in icing for a childs birthday cake and it stained everyone's mouths and teeth quite badly and difficult to get off. I have the red and green as well, they are not as intense and would use them again, but not the blue.
