How soon can you notice that it is working? If it is like months, than nevermind.

I am not sure. It doesn't make me jittery and does have a calming effect on me and I am sensitive to caffeine.

I’ve tried many brain supplements. Dr. Hyman recommended this one and I started taking it a few years ago. Honestly, it’s the only one that has ever had a positive effect on my general cognition and particularly on my memory. Sadly, with the increases in pricing, I’ve had to stop ordering.
