Good Cook Set of 2 Extra Large 13'' x 5'' Nonstick Steel Bread Loaf Pans, Gray (4245)

I have had these pans for 5 months and they had been great up until 20 days ago, when they started becoming rusty and the non-stick coating does not work anymore. I have handwashed them with care and never scrubbed them hard, so it doesn't make any sense. Each time now, the rust becomes worse. Last time I baked bread, which was yesterday, the rust even came out on the bread... It's a pity because they are the perfect size for my cakes and bread.

Perfect size for Sourdough Sandwich Bread Loaf. Loaf size: 150g starter, 500g flour, 300g water, 25g maple syrup, 20g Avocado oil, 10g salt. It is nonstick. However, I lightly wipe pan with olive oil prior to baking and I hand wash. I use the other one as the lid during baking. I recommend and would buy again.

Makes beautiful, long loaves. The bottom of the bread comes out perfectly golden, and the finished loaves slide out effortlessly from the pans. I've been looking for pans like this everywhere! I would absolutely buy again - they're the only pans you'll ever need for sandwich bread.

This is a great none stick loaf pan. I baked breads with this pan with no issues. The breads came out perfect. I baked a whole wheat spinach bread and a whole wheat bread and it was baked evenly. It was sturdy,beautiful pan

Good quality. Size is great. I wanted loaf pans that could make bread that was same size as what you buy in the store as the regular pan size of 8x5 is just too small. These are perfect. They are 13”x5” measured inside, and almost 15”x6” outside to outside. But note that the very bottom width is about 4.25” which is still good. Made a loaf last night and it came out great and slid right out of the pan. I’m being very careful to not use any sharp objects on the pan and just rinsing with a bit of soap and water. Very happy with these pans!:)
