I thought I lost out on a chance to get more of these, since it was taken off my list after a few years. Glad to find it once again.Pro:Support my 3.25-in Doc Johnson pump's width. Most are designed to go up only 2.75-in. The package I got indicated it's only 3.0-in support base diameter, while the description indicated 3.25 with printed images as well. Either case, it actually support up to 3.25-in overall. Anything larger, that's a no-go.If you're using extenders, this is godsent. Why? It also acts as a perfect supporting cushion base. How many used extender just to scream about the pain the hard plastic base hurts. This acts as a perfect cushion for any angle using with the extender, and provides 90-degree support during night time assist while sleeping on your back.The thickness is awesome. Many other soft PTE and silicone donuts and cushions don't have the thickness I was looking for when this wasn't around. The thickness of this unit provided so much comfort on so many different level, while lasting quite a long time. One of my older one, although discolored, lasted over 8 years of usages at such a great price. The last one that I got was $15, and this is even cheaper. Didn't hesitate in purchase multiple unit.Suction assist is extreme, either or grooming or non-grooming (as long as you don't have too much on the penile shaft. Once enough pressure (around 5-inHg) creates a pressure between the skin and the inner wall of the unit, you're golden. No leak of any kind.Con:Just one..the inner diameter. 1.5-in is not a whole lot during penile expansion. It's great in creating constriction required for an air tight, but holy molly, it strangles your manhood when your manhood is already beyond 1.5-in or more, and expanding larger during the routines. If there's an option for an inner 1.5-in to 2.0-in, that will be a perfect gift for any endowed man trying to turn into a demonic stallion.

My pump’s diameter is a 2.25 inch with a pronounced flange and this product fits it like a glove. Obviously there are many different cylinders out there, but mine is a flat (blueish to black) top one.The product requires a bit of mild stretching to get it into place, but trust me, it’s well worth the effort. Been pumping for decades, and why this product hasn’t been available sooner, blows my mind. This product is quintessential if you have a pump. My personal base diameter is around 2”. Without this sleeve, I feel uncomfortable pressure around the base after a few minutes, but not with this sleeve. This is 100% comfort! Obviously we come in all shapes and sizes (to start), but just trying to shed some light on an absolute excellent product. Seriously, if you are pumping without this, you are missing out on comfort. I only wish I could give the product a 10 out of 5. Yeah…it’s that good!

This product should not be listed along side a Free Space pump as being bought together. It does not fit a Free Space pump. It is too small and does not fit. It will not allow pump to pull a vacuum as it doesn't properly cover the opening.

My first pump was a Doc Johnson Trigger Pump that my urologist recommended, it was excellent. But over time the trigger broke, and then a few weeks ago, the cylinder sleeve split. Sadly they do not make that model any longer. But I kept the cylinder, bought a new bulb handle and after a lot of research, purchased this cylinder sleeve.This sleeve is different than what I used to have, much thicker and much less soft. With a little lube it does a good job and I have to say, it is better at preventing your testicles from being sucked up into the cylinder.I have a 2.5" diameter pump so this fits well, but I cannot imagine using it with a wider pump. This sleeve, being very thick and rigid, doesn't stretch that easily. I would only get this if you have a 2.25" - 2.75" diameter pump. The opening of the sleeve is also 1.25", which might initially be too wide for some and not wide enough for others. Overall though, this is working but just isn't as comfortable as the soft silicone sleeve I had before. I wish I could find another just like it but there does not seem to be anything similar out there. I'm still searching though.

I thought I would never enjoy the pumping experience with the sleeves my unit came with, and the few that I purchased as an alternative. This sleeve is great. It is so soft and stretch, creates a sturdy base that provides perfect suction with no worry about sucking in your balls, and provides a nice guide in the tube to ensure your cock drives up straight and narrow.

This sleeve is made *ideally* for a TWO INCH diameter cyclinder. That is a standard size. The larger ones, like the manufacturer's own most popular (my guess) lower-priced 3 button electric one which is 2 1/2 inches pulls it out to it's max. So maybe consider looking elsewhere to replace the "stock" sleeve that comes with their own Optimum Series electric model. I'm not sure they get it when the concept of Universal is their selling point - why people ought buy THIS one.The inner diameter hole of this sleeve when the sleeve is off of a pump cylinder is one inch. If your penis is one inch in diameter when erect then this is the sleeve for you. But that 1 inch wide and 1 1/2 inches inside distance will, in my estimation, will not allow a full [length] erection if "you" are "larger" than this and will only expand the head and 1/2 inch of the shaft that precedes it.

This thing is the bomb! It works so much better than the one that came with the unit. I was actually kind of sore from pressing so hard against me to make a seal. This thing works much better. I barely have any pressure against myself at all it makes a nearly perfect seal. The battery will last longer and the unit won’t work near as hard so it’ll probably last longer too. Not to mention results should be much better also.

Much better to me than the rubber sleeve. I had to shave a little out of the inside though. But this has a much better seal and is more confortable.
