I was taking creatine mono hydrate for a long time and I was experiencing a lot of inflammation and bloating. Went from powder to pills and it helps get them in daily but I think Iโm going to go back to powder because I have to take like 4 pills to get one full serving

Finally a creatine that doesn't make me pee!
I've been searching for a creatine that doesn't make me have to pee like a racehorse for a year. Seriously, the others have made me kidneys hurt due to how much I had to pee. This one doesn't make me have to pee at all. Also as someone with IBS, I have experienced no bloating or digestive issues. Highly recommend!

Also use this brands HCL drink, firsts thing in the morning adding organic beet and pomegranate powders. Has this made a noticeable difference...Yes! Clarity and energy are what am aware of most.
