Review: Pretty, but handle won't retract!! - This is a very nice looking bag, but having the worst trouble with the sliding handle not going up and down. I've only had it for 5 months but the handle has been a nightmare for the last 3!! It's a big size bag and put my laptop and a lot of work in it, so it's extremely heavy to have to CARRY it when the handle won't retract!! So annoying, especially for a bag this expensive! Review: Item is not sturdy - I've used for two weeks and already the handle is not working properly. It won't go up and down as it is supposed to.

Pretty, but handle won't retract!!
