I tried other products in the past but space was a big constraint as I sometimes like to carry my other essentials along. The PronGO bag does what it says and has helped me a lot during summer months. Review: Needs another set of 15-25C icepack - The item was used by me for conveying 4x5+2 insulin pens for travelling 600 km. When used with blank bag, the coldness remained more than 12 hrs. For regular use in house we need extra packs of 15-25C.
