Product arrived in excellent condition. I travel frequently on business. Sleep comfort, especially pillows, is a mixed bag at hotels. During a recent trip, I had such a good nights sleep at one hotel that I had to pull the pillow out of the case to check the brand. Luckily, the tag had to brand and model number. Upon returning home, I checked the Downlite website. The website had great feature that cross-referenced the hotel model number to a retail pillow. Ordered 2 that day.This pillow is excellent for me. My wife does not like the pillow. It is much thicker and firmer than her previous pillow. After a few nights, she switched back to her old pillow. This is totally different. Your run your hand down it and you can feel sharp quills. The cover I bought to go over it is very nice and I will keep it but it is not sufficient to smooth the quills.
