Good product
Milton never fail to satisfy with their product. I am using this flask since last 4 years and it's still have the functionality of storage hot water with warmth. It's easy to clean. No product damage. I purchased grey color.

Product quality not good. Spill/leakage control knob broke off and the flask is not usable because of water leak

Useful for every day use
The product received in good condition and checked whether there is water leakage problem or not and found everything in order. Overall happy with the flask.

Good but need improvement on flip lid
Product is light weight and holds heat for 8 to 12 hours. I give it to my husband to his office at 9.30 a.m and it retains heat upto 10 p.m, not hot but warm by that time.My only issue is with the flip lid as the bottom seal that open to let the liquid flow keeps coming off and falling in. It's not tight enough and when vaccum is created and the flip top is opened to pour the liquid the seal just gets pulled off and falls inside the flask. It's annoying and a hassle when the bottle is full.

Product is good but delivered without packing
Delivered without proper packing and left with security at the gate. Delivery person didn't inform about it. Product is good and satisfying.
