How long do you have to leave it in for

I personally left it in my hair for the amount of time it took to wash my body from the neck down and then to rince my body down. I would say give it at least 5 to 10 minutes in your hair it will feel very Cooling at the same time

Can you use a conditioner after washing with this shampoo? I'm not sure whether using conditioner will interfere with the menthol.
