I really enjoy Selsun Blue. I use it at least twice a week. I do a martial art that involves mats, and mats is where you can get ring worm, especially during Summer. Apparently the medicated nature and ingredients of Selsun Blue helps prevent ring worm, so I use it before I shower for class and definitely after. Included in the ingredients is Selenium Sulfide, which is a good anti-fungal substance, thus helps my fight against ring worm! It does have a moisturizing sensation, and I like the way it feels against my scalp. You do not need much, and you get a good amount for the cost. It's not very expensive for 11 oz.. I've seen some people suggest it may stain the shower because it's blue but that is silly. It's actually fun to see something with so much color just rinse away. I actually love the color and how it looks. It's soothing to me. The consistency just a slightly thick shampoo. It comes out of the bottle easily. I also like the way it smells. I'd recommend Selsun Blue to anyone doing exercise on mats or shared equipment or has dandruff issues! I have been using it for many years and never an issue. This is the first time I purchased this through Amazon, and I was not disappointed! It was delivered on time and a great price! I may be using this as a regular subscribed product!

I’ve been really impressed with this shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling clean without drying it out, and it has a fresh, pleasant scent that isn’t overpowering. With 1% of Selenium Sulfide Selsun Blue was, is and always will be a winner. I have been trying different formulations of other brands but two things keep coming back: Dandruff and myself for the selsun blue. It does not make your hairs brittle and keep the moisturized. Safe and medically approved ingredients, with maximum scalp dosage is a big plus. Neither thick nor too runny and have a perfect consistency. Please always follow the instructions of massaging it a little and then keep it in the scalp for sometimes. Leaves my hairs silky and manageable, bouncy and off course dandruff free. I love the fragrance and it is a nostalgic. Reminds me of old times of my college when Selsun blue fragrance will take over. Love everything about it.

A little bit goes a long way because the lathering is super rich and foamy, and the bright blue appearance of the liquid looks kinda crazy in your hands at first. The overall cleanliness you feel after washing it out is top tier; your scalp feels totally refreshed with that cooling menthol tingle, leaving your hair feeling super clean without any oily buildup. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is just the fragrance. The medicated smell is pretty strong while you're in the shower and can linger a bit unless you follow up with a nice scented conditioner. But for the price, the value for money is 10/10 since one bottle lasts me forever.

Alright. I have psoriasis. I have tried ALL sorts of psoriasis shampoos and castile soaps. Products with sulfer, charcoal, tar. Most of them calm the itching, but dont make an actual impact. I tried Selsun shampoo years ago and it made it much worse. But I didnt know the key. Its conditioner. After trying this again it has almost completely eliminated the dead skin, redness and itching. Pair this with something like Cereve anti dandruff hydrating conditioner. Its working for me after years of trying different things. 10/10 would recommend

My head sweats a lot. This shampoo has been a life saver. I use it once a week and it helps keep the itchy dandruff away during that time (unless i sweat a lot then I jeed to use it twice a week) No other shmpoo comes close to helping my sweaty itchy dandruff head. (My dandruff is caused by the sweating and the sweating makes my head very itchy) Will be keeping this in my routine for as long as possible. Shampoo does not dry out my hair, i do however use a very good conditoner, but when i run out i do notice the shampoo still leaves my hair in decent condition. The smell isnt great, but i have gotten used to it. Its a medicated menthol smell. Not awful and doesnt seem to linger after the shower. Consistnecy is really nice. Its thick liquid and easily suds up. I usually start this process in my hands. I only apply to scalp and roots. I do not apply purposely to mid hair saft and ends. (Those areas almost never need shampoo apllied to them unless you've used a lot of hair products and are using a clarifying shampoo) Bottle lasts me a decent while (couple months) as it doesnt take much to wash your scalp and hair roots. I massage this in very well really digging into my scalp with finger pads. I then let it sit for approx 10 minutes before rinsing. My hair is dandrudd free as long as i use this. To reiterate its caused my head/scalp sweating which it does way more then most ive noticed.

I used Head & Shoulders and T/Gel and they didn't really solve my dandruff problem. When a friend recommended Selsun Blue to me, I checked it out and it worked phenomenally. when I would swipe my hand on my hair so much dandruff came out that it looked like it was snowing. Now I dont think I have any dandruff. I use it like twice a week. Would definitely recommend

Been using this a couple weeks and noticed a real drop in flakes, scalp's way less itchy too. Lathers up fine, medicated smell isn't too overpowering and rinses out clean. Doesn't leave hair feeling stripped or dry after washing either.

Been using for years, only product that really works. Not for every day use but only when you have an itch or dandruff .. normally clears things up in a couple of days

Yaklaşık bir yıldır süregelen kepek sorunum vardı. Son zamanlarda kafa kaşıntım artmıştı. Piyasadaki bilindik markaları kullandım ancak verim alamadım. Selsun Blue' nun bu kadar etkili olacağını beklemiyordum. Hem kepek hem kaşıntı sorunuma çok iyi geldi. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla siyah giyebiliyorum.
