Easy to put together! Very sturdy! All fasteners needed are included.
The stairs came on time and perfectly described! There were a couple items in the box that I thought I forgot to put on, but this particular one comes with parts for a couple different applications, so don't panic if you have left over parts, too, lol! Directions were easy to follow and once I got it together I just placed it in the pool so it could fill with water. (I didn't use sand). For us, a 4X4 (I think 24" long) piece of wood was perfect to put under the support arms (that face away from the pool at the bottom of the ladder hand-rails when you are entering the pool, the support arms that you secure to the deck of your pool) because we have weird rails on our above ground pool, so we could only lower them so far. The 4X4 fit perfectly. I secured the wood to the deck, and secured the support arms to the 4X4. Works perfectly for a family of four and has stayed in place and doesn't wobble. Highly recommend.

Nice pool steps
Nice pool steps. Easy to assemble & attach to wood deck. Used a sand bag on each side to hold it down & it stayed in place perfectly, not a speck of sand leaked out. Wide steps & incline made getting in & out much much easier than a regular pool ladder. Easy enough to remove at the end of season. I was hesitant about purchasing online but am glad I did. Steps look nice with the pool. Very pleased with the purchase & I would definitely recommend & would also buy again if needed.

Quality Steps for Pool
I like these steps very much. They are extremely easy to put together. The hand rails are sturdy, contrary to what I've read about other types of pool steps. I can't say enough about the design of these steps. That being said, I did do some tweaking of my own. 1. First off there aren't enough holes in these steps for the water to get in. The weight of the water is suppose to keep the steps on the bottom of the pool. That didn't happen, they tended to float around the pool. Granted you're suppose to add sand into the frame, but according to the directions the pool would sit on the bottom with the water weight. I drilled a lot more holes all throughout the steps. 2. Second I didn't like the idea of the sand. Because I live alone, I need to get the steps in and out of the pool by myself to winterize the pool. So I figured the steps would be too heavy with 40 pounds of sand and the water to get them out of the pool. What I did was create a "shelf" underneath the steps. I bought 10' X 1 inch PVC and cut it into three pieces the width of the steps. I then drilled holes in each piece and zip-tied them in between the rails of the steps. I then was able to use three stone pavers, or any other type of weight, to sit on the "shelf" and hold the steps down. 3. Third, the steps, as a whole, are very heavy with the water in them. I discovered its easier to take the steps apart in the pool and take the pieces out one by one instead of trying to pull the steps out as a whole piece. All in all, I love these steps. They are so much safer than the old fashioned ladder I use to have. Anyone or anything (animals) would be able to get out of the pool should they accidentally fall in. I hope my input helps anyone who purchase these. I say experiment with the steps before you permanently attach them and see what works best for you.

Stairs very well made and easy to put together
Easy to install and all parts were delivered. The stairs are really nice and make entering/ exiting the pool very easy. Make sure to purchase the weight bags. You need at least 20lbs to hold the stairs down. I used pebbles instead of sand.

This is a blessing for my daughter. Thanks
This is what we were looking for for our daughter that is blind and now she can get in and out of pool. Thanks

Steps are nice, but handrails are super flimsy
The steps are nice but the handrails bend like a noodle. My daughter actually fell onto the deck when the handle bent outward and she lost her balance, she is handicapped and the reason for the purchase. It looks like you may be able to buy reinforcements because there are slots for something under the rails, but I am unable to find any information about them. You also need to purchase sand bags, they leak the sand inside and they float without it.

Great Pool Steps
This came very fast so cudos to the seller there. The box was a bit banged up but everything was fine inside. Assembly was pretty fast, maybe 45 minutes, all snap together and hammering caps so on a scale of 1-10 a 2 at best. NOTE - you will need 50Lbs. of sand, I used play sand as pool filter sand is always wet, as you need to weigh this down, that was my only delay as I had no sand readily available. Takes a few minutes to release air when placed in pool and sinks right down, feels pretty sturdy. I have 3 kids so we'll see how it stands up over the season. Might want to use twine or another set of zip ties as either these are cheap or the current of my pool is strong and they came off by snapping the locks. I also found that removal from the pool is not as heavy as I though and I pulled it out all by myself without any issues so that I could reattach the bottom spacers/guides. All in all it looks great, WAY better than conventional steps and fair price.

Disappointed
I am very disappointed in these. First, you are to put the bottom pieces on with zip ties! Who in their right mind thinks this is a good idea. These are going break down and snap sitting in chlorine. I don't know how safe I feel letting people go in and out with the feet being helped together with zip ties disintegrating all while supposedly holding "up to 350 lbs!" Secondly, I purchased them because they showed the sides open, however, they are not. We already had algae issues when our steps were open, I can't imagine the issues we are going to have now. I also purchased the side weights. I hope they will work with the sides closed. None of the pics for them show them being used with the closed sides. Thirdly-way more flimsy than the confer steps. Wish I would have bought the confer steps but I didn't bc they had changed to closed sides. Which I now have anyway. I feel duped. Wish us luck these last.

Sturdy step. I did not assemble it so I cannot comment on that. But it looks great. Took a few weeks for it to settle flat even with the sand inside. Suggest purchasing side weights.

Thanks so much! We assembled the step and it looks great! We can't try it out as the water in our pool seems to think it needs to freeze here in the middle of the winter. I hope it can stand up to our climbing in and out of the pool in June. Love it!

We were looking for a set of steps into our inground pool that were wide and sturdy. We are so happy with this purchase.

Did everything the manufacturer suggested including adding sand to the rails for weight, sand seeps out makes a mess in the pool, will have to replace this year. Junky plastic!
