I got this pendant for my Christmas and sore for the first time today. I noticed that the pendant was sticking on the chain. The bale is completely missing! It looks like the pendant has been deliberately attached to the chain with the ring that was meant to have been attached to the bale! I have missed the returns window and disgusted with this deliberate act to sell an apparently new piece of jewellery in this faulty condition! My advice to everyone is check your jewellery properly!

It was sparkly and beautiful. Good size pendant and looks really expensive. I bought this for my friend for her birthday, I might have to order one for myself!

Beautifully made but would be better with a longer chain or the option to take pendant off to put on a longer chain
