I used it once. Why is it blurry now when I just received it and used it yesterday?

Is it possible there is a smudge on the lens? Mine has gotten blurry when a bit of earwax gets on the lens and smudges or sometimes when a hair gets in front of the lens. A quick wipe off usually clears it up for me.

Can the app be used without giving access to your local network?

Yes - your phone/tablet connects to the device via a wifi signal from the device itself. When using it, you would have to disconnect from your local network anyway.

U can go into a bestbuy store and get one. It's the same one used to charge your Samsung phone. The flat smooth head.
