These are my life savers because I have hammertoes and they keep my toes apart and I can walk good. Otherwise it would be extremely painful for me to walk. With the toe spacers I can walk miles with no problem in comfort.UPDATE: Earlier this month I walked a 1/2 Marathon, actually walked 13.5 miles in 4 1/2 hours. So I am not a speed demon, but I can endure. I am 73 years old. I smoked cigarettes for 60 years, quitting on 1-18-2014. I am training to be able to walk a marathon. I have been using the Pedifix hammer toe cushions for a while now and they great, so I decided to give these toe spacers a go as well.I wear these on my days off when I'm home, or just in the evenings while watching TV and they have helped increase blood flow and gently spread my toes apart without pain.They are easy to keep clean (chuck them in the sink when you wash the dishes!) and seem to be almost indestructible.They are not a cure for hammer toe or toes that have been pushed together inside shoes for 50 years, but they are making my aching feet a little easier to live with. And great value for money. I'm going to order some more just to keep some spares handy.Give them a try, you've got nothing to lose except a couple of dollars and possibly less pain.

This toe spacer is really good. I have a bunion and it becomes painful especially in the winter when all I can wear is closed shoes. This spacer makes the bunion less of a pressure point against the shoe, it straightens your toe so that the contact point becomes the entire side of your foot and not just the bunion against your shoe. Keep in mind that it will take you a few days to get used to it, start by using it when you have short errands and build up to wearing it for a full day. Also some flat shoes like the ballet flats may be exposing more toe than regular shoes, which means that the toe separator may show so definitely take it with you when buying a new ballet flat if you want to make sure its not exposed. Other than that, I highly recommend it, your feet will thank you!

When it comes to bunion braces, I firmly believe that less is more; many braces and toe spacers are too big or too stiff and end up causing secondary discomfort. Not these gel spacers: they provide instant relief from bunion pain, can be worn barefoot or with socks and shoes, and can even be worn all night comfortably. The soft gel provides just enough relief without straining the distance between your toes and it is pliable enough to enable a sort of custom fit. I've worn this spacer with my work boots all day with only minor fatigue at the day's end, and I sleep comfortably with one all night. Highly recommend them.

This really works & after a month of use my corn is gone and am pain free.BUY THIS AND A SPARE JUST IN CASE THE IMPROBABLE HAPPENS AND YOU MIGHT (UNLIKELY) LOSE ONE!

if your toes are crossing in your shoes and you are struggling, this is a solid option. I also bought the bunion socks and the gel protector sleeve - both of those I am using more frequently than these spacers but I think these would be the better option if I wore a lot of dress shoes. I mostly wear clogs to work in now, and my toes are not pinched together so I find myself choosing the visco-gel bunion shield instead of the toe spacers. I wear the toe spacer socks to Zumba class or to sleep in... these little spacers wont stay put really well for Zumba or for sleeping.

I have a severe bunion on my right foot. The left foot has a less severe bunion. I am a woman and wear a size 10 shoe. The medium gel insert (2 in a pack) worked perfectly with my more severe bunion. It kept slipping out on my less severe bunion so I think I may try the smaller size gel insert for my left foot. These are easy to clean - soap and water, dry quickly. Mine did not get sticky but if they did then I could have used a light coating of foot powder. It stayed in overnight without socks! And I can wear it without socks around the house! Now, I don't like doing that - it does pick up dust and lint - and I am afraid of losing it someday - I really like them. Since it is clear, you can even wear with open toed shoes (sandals, peep toe heels, etc..) I don't know about flip-flops as I don't wear them. I also wear them in conjunction with a flexible splint to make sure I am getting a maximum stretch with the splint. The only down side is that they are clear (really not a down side as I can use them discreetly with sandals) so they are easy to lose. It is important to have a designated place to keep them (like losing my car keys) they temporarily disappear all the time.

I like a lot of room in my toe box in my shoes in general and unfortunately in my 20's & 30's who cares about how your feet feel, it's all about the fashion. I am being proactive before I have huge problems in taking care of my feet to prevent having any kind of bunion surgery. I have been wearing them 24/7 in all my shoes and I will say my feet at the end of the day feel better with them then without. Actually I can't even feel them there that comfortable, but the end of the day my toes are less stressed.

These worked at spacing my toes out with my mild bunions, but after a week of use they are already wearing away. I expected these to last way longer! I give these a couple more weeks until they're unusable from wear.

The principle of the product is good, but these are far too big for my size 6 feet. I would really appreciate it if they came in a small size suitable for women. I do not have particularly small feet, but these are obviously made for men, and big men at that.
