Is this really 180 cms long? That must be the longest mat

Yes it is 180 cm and quite thick so protects joints a bit. Found it really helpful.

How heavy is the mat?

This is very light weight and easy to carry around

Are the top and bottom of the mat easy to differentiate? E.g. is the logo only on the top? Or the texture of the bottom is different from the top?

Easy to differentiate though is same material. Texture very slightly different on bottom Logo on top
