Cheap but good
I got these to put on my kids bike, the radius is a bit large for 16" wheels but they still work and seem like they are sticking very well. They don't look like much during the day unless the sun hits them just right but at night when light hits them they do a great job reflecting light.

So many compliments I put them on my wheels in my 2017 Nissan juke

Bad Adhesive!!
It didn't stick at all, and they all flew off. They were cute though but unfortunately wouldn't recommend.

Meh
Meh, can’t really see them, no point in having them they’re just there, reflective only when u shine light directly on them in the dark.
