One did not work
Bought the 2 pack. One of them did not work. Tried on multiple devices. Chromecast, phone etc. Used an adequate USB-C charger to make sure it has enough power. It was a dud. Needs better screening at the Chinese factory.

Works for chromecast
Using both of these for my Chromecast w/ Google TV HD and 4K version. They work great and chromecast can recognize that an ethernet is connected. Was able to power these adapters via USB port on the TV too. I ran speed test and was able to get about what you would expect from a chromecast (250-400mbps). I did try these on my laptop and it was getting almost 1000mbps. Happy with these so no more buffers on my Chromecast!

Nice plug and play adapters
These are nice plug and play adapters for getting wired Ethernet into your USB-C port on a laptop or even cellphone. I use it on a Chromebook (android) and it fires up without me having to do anything. Also worked fine on my mac book. Good quality, metal casing. Good speed and connectivity relative to wifi.
