I bought this product, after reading all reviews. And now it proved that Amazon reviews are really genuine. Packing : Steamer quality is very good and yes delivery was on time. Packing quality was excellent. There were two layer of packing. Box of steamer was packed inside one big Amazon box and it was surrounded by air bags. So I will rate 5 out of 5 to Amazon packing quality. Price : I have bought this product @2092 and the price is low as compared to market amount. Market amount was 2700 in Pune. Product : Product quality is really very good. Kadai is having high quality steel and it's really durable and heavy weight. Dhokla dishes and Patra dish quality is also very good with good quality plastic handle. First practice of Dhokla was successful. I will rate 5 out of 5 to product as well.

Utility product...Kadai is heavy..Quality of steel it also very good...I just felt instead of 3 holders on the steel trays, 2 holders on both sides would have been better. 3 holders couldnt be used at one time. So balancing of the tray with the batter in and putting it inside when the kadai is full of steaming water, becomes a problem..3 holders actually doesnt make sense. Gap between the two idly trays or dhokla trays could have been easily managed by 2 holders...I am not giving 5 stars because of the 3 holders concept. Else the product deserves a 5 star. Quality of the anodised coating will only be known with usage..

Purchased this Idli maker in Nov 2018 and since then I have been using it regularly for Idli, steaming & making food in large quantities. 1. the built quality of the product is superb. No hard edges. Steel is strong 2. the size is big so mind you it occupies quite a bit of space on your shelf 3. the size of the idli maker is big so a few rounds less of make! 4. Since it's not glossy hard anodized but rough/matt finish, the water, and food leave a mark 5. I found the dhokla tray a little shallow. I feel it should have been a little deeper. I use mine mainly for steaming purposes. 6. The handles on the idli & dhokla tray are a little challenging to hold when it is hot The entire kadhi & its paraphilia came well tucked inside a box with individual boxes & plastic covered. Impressed. Happy shopping.

It is expensive than other idli makers on the site but definitely value for money. The quality is impressive and will easily last for a decade. The product came perfectly packed in individual boxes. It was a gift for my mom and she is very happy with it. Only the dhokla plates could be a little deeper. The Multi kadai can be used for cooking and frying too so one can expect to use this product more often other than just making idlis/ dhokla. Will buy for myself too!

There is no enough space for the idlis in lower tray to expand. Also the handles are 3 on a plate which makes it very difficult to lift from steamer when its hot.. The steam holes are right under the handles too..the working design of this steamer is definitely not practical. Quality of material used is good however. The idlis come out smoothly and clean without sticking to the plate.

I bought Idli maker as gift and it was loved by my sister in law. She will be making a good use out of it.

Easy to use and easy to clean

Became fooled again. “The quality is very cheap and this is not what I was expected. As it happens every time, whenever i order anything from India, they send you very poor quality!!!”

Good product

The product is very good- excellent build quality... can be used for multi purpose, but I mainly bought for making idly.. The only thing I dislike is, the clearance(space) between the two kadais is quite insufficient if you use the both together. The lower part of the upper kadai presses onto the food on the lower kadai. Except this, everything is ok.
