This brush will definitely be my go-to brush from a fresh cut to wolf week 2 (I’ll see how far I can get with the pull tho). This brush is good for those who are tender headed or sensitive in certain areas of the scalp. Using the brush was very gentle on my scalp and I can feel it pulling hair in place with each stroke. For comparison, I also have a TP#193 which is a soft brush—the TP#1990 is waayyy softer as a medium brush. But each brush firmness has its place. But when it comes to those with scalp sensitivity, etc. this brush was a good choice. As the numbers go up the bristles get more firm. example TP490 would be the softest and TP1930 the hardest. It’s in that description paragraph lol. **Q: What’s the best way to use these brushes?Is there a certain way to use them?** A: Use the point to help form your crown, it's super easy to control.
