以前利用したことがあり沖縄ではステーキの定番 しかし今は沖縄でも入手困難と聞きましたが取寄できて良かったです

The sauce is best used to give an extra boost of flavor for steak--nothing else, not pork, not chicken, and certainly not fish--and, as such, I use it for every steak I fry in the pan, or on the barbecue, unless I used teriyaki sauce--for me, its one or the other. I love the tangy taste of A1, and am glad that I can buy it here in Japan. Once opened, store it in the refrigerator. You only need a spoonful or so for one steak, so it will last a long time. It tastes something in the area of a fruity, thick, slightly sweet Worchester sauce.

かなり酸っぱい。

イギリス製品（沖縄経由）はデーツ由来だろう酸っぱくもフルーティな味。比べてこの製品は酸っぱく粉っぽいウスターソースのような味。アメリカ製品はデーツではなくブドウ？好みは分かれるだろうけど私はこの製品はもう買わない。

L'ha portata a casa mio figlio dagli Stati Uniti e da allora l'ho acquistata già tre volte. È adatta su ogni tipo di carne ne esalta il sapore senza coprirlo. Consigliata.
