This generous 150g bag is roughly equivalent to a standard six-pack multipack, making it very good value for money when you look at the total quantity. The crisps themselves are excellent quality, with that distinctive hand-cooked feel. There are plenty of larger pieces, giving a satisfying crunch with every bite. They have an appealing golden colour, and it’s nice to see some potato skins left on, which adds a bit of character and texture. Flavour-wise, these keep things simple but get it absolutely right. The seasoning is well balanced, with just the right level of saltiness to enhance the natural potato taste without overpowering it. They’re particularly enjoyable in the evening, as that gentle saltiness pairs perfectly with a drink and leaves you reaching for another sip. Overall, a great example of how classic salted crisps should be done — simple, high quality, and very moreish.

I love the nice hand cooked crisps what I would call posh crisps haha, yeah well they are haha… well I love Kettle Chips and there’s just nothing at all that is similar and Tyrrell’s give me stomach ache I think it’s the oil. Well these Crisps by Amazon are gorgeous, they are big and crunchy with sea salt they are so nicely textured and in my opinion these are the same if not better than Kettle Chips, I like them that much I’ve ordered another 2 bags!!! Try them.

Even though we have different crisps around the house, these are the ones everyone keeps reaching for and this happens probably because their hand cooked texture which makes makes a difference because they have that thicker crunch that feels more satisfying than standard crisps and the sea salt flavour keeps things simple in a good way without trying to do too much. The 150g size also fine for sharing, although that depends very much on who gets there first make a me and my friends we make these crips disappear pretty quickly. Taste and texture is fine and I would buy them again.

Delish crisps but very salty!

Unsuitable packaging which led to a Burst squashed stale and broken bag of crisps that fell out all over my kitchen when I opened the box. Shame as these are good crisps that just need suitable packaging.

These crisps are genuinely excellent for the price. The texture is perfectly crunchy without being overly hard, and you can really taste the hand-cooked quality in every bite. The sea salt seasoning is well balanced, not too salty, just enough to bring out the flavour of the potatoes. They feel much more premium than you’d expect from an own-brand product.

These amazon sharing crisps are a lovely flavour and the potatoes used to make them are good quality so not like some makes of crisps where you get a lot of discoloured unappetising looking crisps.
