Best price, theyโve really helped.
I have used Thera Tears for at least 10 years for my dry eyes. My eye Dr. recommended them. They have really helped and I wouldnโt go without them. They keep my eyes from watering. Amazon has the best price that Iโve found.

Helped Me A Lot - Highly Recommended
These are the only thing that helped my dry eyes and literally took away the discomfort that I was suffering from. I had to take them twice a day for 2 weeks but it finally keeps away the pain and discomfort. I also like their eye drops. I highly recommend them but you have to stick with them, twice a day.

Works great!
This TheraTears works great and was recommended by my eye Dr. Helps with dry eyes, and I love that it is a pill form and not drops ๐

It helps dry eyes
Helps dry eyes. My doc said it will take a while to notice any difference but I stopped taking it after 6 months. Then I noticed that it WAS helping my eyes. He said the omega 3 plus the flaxseed is what makes it work for dry eyes. I gave 4 stars because it does not cure dry eyes.

They do work thank you!!!!
I waited a whole week to put my review cause i had to try the pills first. I payed alot for the hydroeye supplements that made my eyes worst. I suffer from allergies which make my eyes so dry. I tried every eyedrop out there and nothing was helping me. I decided to give these supplements a try before consulting with my eye doctor. From the first day of taking them i noticed a difference. A week later I noticed i havent used my eyedrops anymore and the dryness from my eyes went away. Thank you

Great for dry eyes
I started taking TheraTears Omega-3 to help with dry eye symptoms, and Iโve been really impressed. The blend of fish oil and flaxseed oil feels high quality, and I love that itโs clinically tested and ophthalmologist-created. After consistent use, my eyes feel more comfortable and less irritated โ especially after long screen days. Easy to take and a great addition to my daily eye care routine.

Mixed Experience with TheraTears Omega 3 Supplement - Decent Value, Unpleasant Flavor
I have had a mixed experience with the TheraTears 1200mg Omega 3 Supplement for Eye Nutrition. While it offers some benefits, there are a few drawbacks that cannot be ignored.Let's start with the flavor. Unfortunately, this supplement has a distinct fish oil taste that can leave you with an unpleasant aftertaste. It's no surprise that it can make you burp fish oil, which can be quite off-putting. While I understand that the taste is due to the organic flaxseed triglyceride fish oil content, it is still a significant drawback for those who are sensitive to such flavors. On the bright side, the value for money is commendable. The 90-count bottle provides a good supply of the supplement at a reasonable price point. Considering the benefits of omega-3s for eye nutrition, the cost-effectiveness of this product makes it a worthy investment. In terms of ease of swallowing, the TheraTears Omega 3 Supplement fares decently. The size of the capsules is manageable, and they go down smoothly with a glass of water. While they are not the smallest capsules on the market, they are still easy to swallow for most individuals.Overall, the TheraTears 1200mg Omega 3 Supplement for Eye Nutrition receives a three-star rating from me. The unpleasant flavor and fish oil burps are significant downsides that can make taking the supplement a less enjoyable experience. However, the value for money is good, and the ease of swallowing is acceptable. If you can tolerate the taste and are seeking an omega-3 supplement specifically for eye nutrition, this product may still be worth considering.

Crucial step towards getting relief from dry eye syndrome
I had severe dry eye syndrome for over a year which I sought help from 2 different doctors and neither diagnosed me correctly nor mentioned how taking this product could help. Ever the skeptic nurse, I thought all the advertised claims were just hype until I started reading other Amazon user reviews and realized I needed to get some of this ASAP. Meibomian gland dysfunction and evaporative dry eye is something I'm telling other sufferers about because I know I am not the only one finding diagnosis and treatment confusing and contradictory. I'd been a soft contact lens wearer without any infections, ulcers or other issues since 1978. I thought I'd be wearing my glasses permanently after 6 months of being unable to tolerate my contacts for even a few minutes due to pain and the feeling there was a foreign body in my eye every time I blinked. My dark circles were much darker, the skin around my eyes was dryer and consequently looked older. Make-up was a real chore to put on. I was losing eyelashes and they didn't seem to be growing back as quickly.Within 2 weeks of taking 3 of these capsules every day, the burning, scratchy feeling was gone. After a month I was completely asymptomatic but because I hate taking pills, I slacked off a bit. The dryness and burning returned in less than 10 days so I quickly re-ordered and will never be without these again. This is a syndrome and as such, requires consistent attention. While the Thera Tears took care of the internal problem, there is an external component to getting this chronic problem under control. Both the upper and lower lashline contains oil glands that get clogged and stop functioning or just don't work very well due to menopause, medications, age or all of the above. So here's my recipe for keeping the misery of dry eye at bay. It's important to be vigilant because symptoms return pretty quickly if you don't stay on top of things.1. Thera Tears Nutrition, 1200mg Omega-3 Supplement Capsules, 90-Count---every day no matter what2. OCuSOFT Lid Scrub Plus, Pre-Moistened Pads, 30 Count another product I will not be without and am posting a review of those because you have to attack this externally as well. I tried the poor man's version first (tearless shampoo and cotton swabs) but it was inconvenient, messy, and very drying to my eyelids.3. Elasto Gel Hot / Cold Sinus Mask soothing warmth feels so good, softens the oil glands in your eyelids4. GenTeal Lubricant Eye Gel, Severe Dry Eye Relief, Extra Value, 2 Tubes (0.34 fl. oz): gives moisture back to dry eyes and feels especially good if used with #3Bottom line is I lost time from work, this is what helped me after prescription eye drops and ointments failed. I can comfortably wear my contacts whenever I want to, there's been no reocurrence of styes and my eyes just look a lot better.
