Give 'em a try
I've tried both the nylon and the modal boxer briefs. Here's what you need to know: both feel really nice, like wearing nothing at all. I find the B pouch to be adequate in the modal because the fabric has some give - I'm about average down there, but the equipment has plenty of room and can sway to and fro. The nylon model is more restrictive - probably I'd do better with the C pouch. It looks impressive on, nice bulge, but definitely no movement of the goods - probably a good replacement for a jock in most cases. It'd be bound to get more looks in the locker room than a jock would. They're well made as well - the washing instructions indicate low temperature and such - I can't be bothered, just throw them in with everything else. I've been wearing them for nearly a year and there's absolutely no sign of downgrade - no hole, no loose stitching. Real Men have got a quality product here. So, give them a try - a bit on the pricy side, but well worth it.

RM 7” w fly v w/o v sac v separatec
Spoiler alert: rm w fly is the best! I was all in on separatec for awhile, but it’s too complicated and if you’re stuff isn’t exactly the size they estimate, you spend a lot of time adjusting. Big fan of saxx. A thin layer separates your stuff from your body and your stuff has slightly more room than most pouches. And saxx does this better than Tommy John and Hanes. The thin layer separating my stuff started to chafe once I started using this for regular underwear and sleep underwear. It was fine when I used sax for daytime and had regular, non special boxer briefs for sleep RM seems the best. Instead of a thin layer and a slightly bigger pouch, it’s a much bigger pouch and you don’t need a separating layer. Instead of getting support by having your stuff pressed against you, the support comes from your stuff resting on a horizontal pouch of fabric. Way more comfortable. I tried the RM 7” with and without the fly. The fly works well. Doesn’t seem to compromise anything. Both are low rise, but the ones without the fly are lower. At 1st this was weird, but it is more comfortable for the underwear to bind below your belt than binding at the same place as your pants and belt. No problem with the legs riding up. The ones without the fly are so low that I feel a little uncomfortable when I bend over. The RMs with a fly have a silky feel; nonfly is cottony (they’re both made of the same material). With fly, the waistband is set within the silky material while the nonfly has the more simple, traditional waistband (which I found less comfortable). Without the fly, the pouch seems to hang a little lower, making it important to get the proper pouch size. Maybe it’s because of the way the fly is cut, but the pouch seems to droop less with the fly. I had some trouble figuring out what was for me and found some photos confusing so here’s info to help (as of 6/10/25): In the product photos, the 1st one indicates whether the set you’re ordering has a fly or not. If you change your color, you gotta recheck that 1st photo. Also, on one of my pair, the photo did not match the color description. The photo showed black, medium gray, and medium blue. The words said black, navy, and dark gray. The words were right.

New Favorite?
Saxx, Tommy John, Bombas, BN3TH, Separatec, David Archy, Sheath, Under Armour, Calvin Klein, Mack Weldon, SilkCut, Adidas, Ralph Lauren. I own all of them and quite like almost all of them. I even love some of them. But these? These might be my new favorite boxer briefs (chef's kiss). The comfort is just out of this world. They have a great waistband and the pouch is nothing short of a revelation. They provide generous room compared to the others, while keeping everything separate from my legs and comfy. The modal is super soft and feels great. I went with the XXL C pouch and the fit was perfect. I did have to size up to a XXL on these, when I was on the larger side of a XL on all the other brands so be aware of that. Time will tell how well they hold up, but so far so good. Great job on this product guys!

Read This Review -- Size Yourself for What You're After
I'm 5'10", 170 pounds, and wear a 32" waist. I'm larger than average down there -- frank and beans -- so I ordered the C pouch and the correct size for my waist. I own and wear more than 2 dozen different pouch underwear labels -- you can read my reviews on a few of them by clicking on my name. Anyway, here's my honest review of these by Real Men: PROS: *Very soft material; feels like you have nothing on at all. *Excellent vertical pouch; the only way to go! *Everything stays in place; no worries about the boys making any kind of unexpected escape. *Super stretchy material for those special or surprising times. *No seam right down the center of the pouch -- BIG win, because you don't end up with something like a railroad track imprinted on your member's forehead (depending, I guess, on whether you're cut or not and how you put the boss in the pouch while he's at rest). CONS: *If you want to feel snug, buy a size lower. These fit me fine, but when I first put them on, I look again to be sure they had sent me the correct size. They just feel bigger than other brands. *Pouch size is questionable. Having worn them, it feels a little gimmicky. I mean, like I said, I'm not a small guy down there by any means so I went with a C, and it certainly holds everything, but there's plenty of room to spare. (I wish I could try out a B and give a review on that.) So, unless you're just enormous or carrying enough extra weight that you need extra room, beware of which pouch you buy. My guess is that, if you buy the right size for your anatomy -- which may mean sacrificing some pride and buying a pouch size DOWN -- you're going to feel snug, get a good lift, and experience the "bulge enhancing" part that is in the name of this underwear. Check out my pics. You'll see I put three different sized things in the pouch. If you've got a red onion you're hauling around everyday -- you know, when you cup everything in one hand -- the C pouch will treat you well and enhance your bulge beautifully. Being something like a red onion, myself, I find that there's a bit of a bulge when I have these undies on, but not as "impressive" as some other underwear I own. So again, choose your pouch size wisely, depending on what effect you're after. Hope this is helpful!

Better than expected and perfect fit!
I'm very happy with these and I think I'm ordering more next payday. I'm 6' 2" tall, 200 lbs, and I wear 36-inch waist pants. I used the size guide and I'm glad I did. I ordered size XL and they fit perfectly. There isn't a pouch size guide that I could find, so I took a guess and went with C and again, perfect fit. They look great, they are stretchy, super comfortable, and there's no annoying tag. I've worn exactly one pair for about 6 hours now and I felt I had to review them since I'm way more pleased with them than I thought I would be. It's cool outside today, so I didn't know how well they breathe and didn't have enough info for moisture wicking. I really like the turquoise ones. They're a little pricey, but I think they are worth it. I guess it's finally time for me to part with my comfortable Hanes boxers. So my wife just saw them on me and she really likes them a lot. I don't know that the bulge enhancing works through my dress slacks because I didn't catch any ladies staring at my groin today. Planning on wearing the black ones tomorrow. Definitely going to need more.

Real Men Natural Modal Pouch Boxer Briefs
The Real Men Natural Modal Pouch Boxer Briefs are definitely comfortable—the modal fabric feels soft and breathable, which makes them great for all-day wear. The pouch design provides good support without feeling restrictive, and overall, they look nice. That said, the sizing seems a bit inconsistent. They run slightly tighter than expected, so it might be worth sizing up. After a few washes, I also noticed a small amount of stretching, which affects the fit over time. Overall, they’re a decent option if you prioritize comfort, but there’s room for improvement in durability and sizing consistency.

Just Get These
BRO! I am 5’10” - 5’11” and about 290lbs - I’m a big boy. I ordered the XXL and C in the 3” length and they fit perfectly. The design is leagues above other “pouch underwear” I’ve had before where they just attach some thin idea of a hammock in terrible places; everything went where it was supposed to. Once I changed into them my partner said “it’s weird how your whole mood lifted when you changed your underwear.” Seriously. They’ve stayed put, no rolling waistband, the fabric is wicking moisture away beautifully, and I’m generally less overheated there overall. The fabric is soft and buttery. Visually, the shape is a classic and clean design that looks great and I feel really good about how I look with these on. These are so good. I’m thinking of ordering more and replacing all of my underwear with them.

Love the underwear
Although I bought the wrong size, these underwear are the most comfortable ones I ever owned. Having the top fly opening is a must for quick action. These are my go to for jeans. I have two other brands, one being most expensive, and these are better than those other brands.

Great
Finding the right size/pouch size/style on the Amazon listing is a bit of a nightmare, but the underwear is absolutely fabulous. I bought a 3 pack of these and a few of another pouch style brand to compare, but these are really in a league of their own so I've since purchased multiple more!

RC UK
The most comfortable boxers I’ve ever worn. I’m between 30 and 32inch waist, 10 Stone/63kg, I opted for Medium- they are comfortable, not loose or tight. The material is comfortable and breathable, my manhood sits within the pocket that is comfortable. A bit expensive for the pack of three but I thought I will try. I will now plan to buy more.

Comfy, but obscenely obvious bulge
I purchased both the C and D pouch sizes to test, as I was unclear the size difference between a pickleball and softball. Both fit well honestly. The C size is a bit tight but the material is stretchy, the D size fits well. For those unsure about sizing of the pouch, the D size would fit two large chicken eggs and a 5" bratwurst, if that helps. Essentially, if you need to smuggle a breakfast, go for D. These are the most comfortable pouch underwear I've tried. But I will never wear them outside the house with with PJs or gym shorts. Might update after I do a run or something active and I'll see how well they hold up.
