Used this a few times at the range and it really helps keep my arms connected through the swing. Feels a bit awkward at first, but you can tell right away when your form is off. Good quick training aid without overcomplicating things.

I've seen a few pros make videos using this training aid and I was excited to try it myself. I think this tool is better suited for men or smaller chested women. As a larger chested golfer, I feel as if I'm already competing with my bosom and to throw this gadget into the mix made the swing feel very awkward. I have seen this in action by others and it works well and provides the intended results. For me, it did not. I ordered other training aids that didn't need to be positioned in front of my body that worked well. I would still recommend this device but as I stated, not for larger chested women.

I bought this as a joke as my hubby wants to learn but will only go to the range - not a course. He loves this. He feels it feels comfy and helps with his stance and swing. Good quality too - got my monies worth
