I'm not sure how best to review this. I think yes it would help you slim a bit, but it's going to do it by.... clearing out your system 💩. I can tell you if you're backed up, you can drink a cup in the morning and by bedtime you'll be ALL clear. Flavor is good.

I remember a shop had let me try this and I drank it before work and soon as I got home from work, 8hrs later, I was on the toilet! I usually make 6oz and put it in the fridge the night before I want to drink it and then I chug it in the morning. All I have to say is, time it right because you will be using the restroom within 8hrs or close to, trust me! I didn't time it right one day and let's just say, a normal 30mins drive felt like a HOUR, but I made it lol I haven't tried it hot, I usually drink it cold.
