Would this be appropriate for a 22 month old?

Yes the only thing that I would say that would be difficult is putting the lid back on the container, but the pieces are not small enough to swallow or anything. My four year old was three at the time I brought them and she was fine with it

I can't say it does. My granddaughter got a kitchen play center with an oven and it fit in there. She liked serving the "cookies" on a plate with a cup of "coffee". This was a beautiful set and she loved it!!!!!

The tray with velcro makes for easy cleanup when we are finished to make sure all pieces are put back and ready for the oven. Comes with a lot of different items- we especially loved the slicing knife and oven kit- everything a little baker needs to serve up some holiday treats.

A wonderful Toy

My nearly 2 year old son loves the oven mitt. It’s his favourite. My daughter (nearly 6) also loves to bake the cookies so they play together with this toy. Definitely loves by both my kids.

The kids LOVE this toy!
