It is a simple syrup like a barista or bartender would use..
I bought this by accident. I thought I was buying butterscotch topping sauce. Instead of sending it back, I decided to open the bottle. It's a simple syrup like a bartender would use in a cocktail, or a barista with a flavored coffee. But, it also can be used in desserts, beverages. I'm so glad I kept it.

Has more of a caramel flavor than butterscotch.
