家の中では「かかと落とし」で歩いたりしていないのに、靴を履いたら歩き方って変わるんですね。それだけ今の靴が足を守ってくれてる事を改めて知ると同時に自身の体の軸のおかしさにも気づかせてくれた靴です。 極端に言えば、ビジネスホテルのペラペラのスリッパで外を歩いているような新鮮さにこればかりを履くようになりましたよ。

本日初めて履いて30分ほど歩いてきました。つま先の締め付けがないほど、幅が広くて気持ちがいいと感じる履き心地でした。履き慣れないうちは、足の裏が痛いと感じることはあると思います。裸足の感覚と考えると一般的な靴を履いていたところからの履き替えであれば普通のことだなと思います。長く履いてみて、どのように歩き方が変わるかが楽しみです。個人的にはリピートしていきたい靴でした。

踵からの着地(ヒールストライク)ではなく、足の真ん中より上あるいは全体での着地を推奨する靴でありメーカーです。今まで一般的な踵部分が少し高くなっているスニーカーで足先（フォアフット)や中足部で着地しようとすると違和感が大きかったですが、この靴だと自然にそうした着地、歩き方が出来ます。そうすると自然とつま先が靴の中で前にいくので、サイズは普段履いているものより最低でも0.5cmは大きいものを選びましょう。 メーカーのウェブサイトから自分の足に合ったサイズ選びが出来る用紙をダウンロード出来るので、それで測るのがベターでしょう。 私はうっかりしてサンダル向けのサイズで選んでしまい、ほぼほぼピッタリサイズになってしまいました。 それでも歩いているとこの靴の良さは感じるので、もう少し大きい適正サイズを選んでいたらもっと良かったのだろうなー、という後悔があります。 皆さんはどうぞお気をつけください。 iroiroなところで目にするかとは思いますが、ヒールストライクを止め、フォアフットあるいはミドルフットでの着地になると今までとは違う負荷を脚に感じます。また、裸足感覚とは言いますが、厚手のくつ下辺りが妥当かと。とにかく良い靴だと思います。

The shoes are great, but when the shoes came they were black and white and not all black like in the pictures. The product said black & white color but I would assume the pictures would be what they look like.

期待以上の軽さ、動き安さでした。

I wore these as my main sneakers for Summer and Fall. They are very lightweight and comfortable, and easy to slip on and off. I especially like the wide toebox. I do have two complaints. First - I don't like the way the way they look with the strap running through the sole. I wish they had a more normal appearance. Second - I wish they were more breathable. They aren't too bad, but sometimes my feet do get a little sweaty.

These are great minimalist shoes as far as comfort, but they aren't put together well. The first pair fell apart (bottom detached from the shoes) after 5 months, and hoping it was a fluke, I ordered another pair. The second pair fell apart exactly the same way after 3 months! Too expensive to keep buying a shoe that won't even last 1/2 a year.

These are the best everyday walking/athletic shoes I’ve ever owned. The toe box is just right. I wear wide in “normal” shoes with arch support inserts but the regular size fit perfectly. There’s no direct arch support but once my feet adjusted to the new type of shoe, I didn’t need it. Very comfortable and look great too!

Feels well-made. Arrived in brand new condition. My first pair of barefoot shoes!

This is my third time buying Xero Shoe product’s, I haven’t wanted to go back to the other shoe brands since. Love the true feeling of walking and running beneath my feet.

I would describe these Xero Prio shoes as moderate minimalist. There is an arch support and there is some padding. Running in them feels sort of halfway between barefoot and regular running shoes. There is enough padding that you don’t, for example, feel pebbles you might step on. I love the ample toe box, and my feet feel more like they’re going through their full natural range of motion. This translates into faster times. They’re also extremely comfortable for wearing throughout the day. I’ve got a shipment of Xero hiking shoes on the way.
