Carbamide Forte Chelated Magnesium Glycinate 2000mg Tablet

I recently started taking these magnesium tablets to help with my overall muscle health and recovery. I workout five days a week and my muscles were starting to feel very tight. Since I added this to my routine I have noticed a big difference in how I feel. My legs and back don't feel as stiff when I wake up in the morning. I also feel much more relaxed in the evenings which helps me get to sleep. The tablets are a bit large but they are shaped in a way that makes them easy to swallow. I haven't had any issues with my stomach which is usually a concern for me. The bottle arrived very quickly and was packaged well to prevent any damage. I’ve been using Carbamide Forte Magnesium Glycinate for 18 months and it’s always worked well for me. But this time the bottle cap doesn’t close properly and gets stuck while tightening. Product is great, but packaging needs improvement.

This should be great for men based on my experience with the general one.. But being a woman, I didn't try it! Read on... I had put a bottle of chelated magnesium glycinate into my cart to purchase a few days later. Somewhere b/w then n the actual date of purchase, the label on the bottle depicted was blue n not the usual one I had chosen. Thinking nothing of it, I placed the order since I had used the magnesium from Carbamide Forte before n it is excellent as most of their products I've tried are. It arrived as expected in a perfectly sealed bottle tho the base of the carton was a bit torn. However, seeing the blue label I curiously examined it n mercifully, before I opened the seal n had any, I discovered the, "For Men" printed on the bottom left hand side corner!! I was flummoxed since this was a non- returnable item on Amazon n I most definitely was not from Mars, but from Venus!! I wasn't quite sure of what to do next! Then noticed a feedback card inside the carton that had the company's customer care number n email address. So, I called them and related the issue. Ms. Sanjana after giving me a patient ear, was extremely helpful. She asked me to courier the carton to them along with the invoice etc., which I did. Yesterday, the company refunded me the full amount that I paid!! I'm writing this because I so appreciate what they did. Thank you. A word of advice to customers is to zoom every label n read carefully before purchase... N re-check each item in your cart before you click BUY!!

I bought this mainly because I heard it helps with bone health and density. The price is reasonable for the amount of tablets you get in one bottle. I haven't had any stomach upset since I started taking two every evening. My body feels less tense even when I am under a lot of stress. It is a simple way to get my daily magnesium requirement.
