Buyer beware! We bought this replacement cartridge for Hot Springs hot tub, and it had wet black adhesives on it. It looks like it was not assembled properly, or done very cheaply. The black adhesive looked like tar shooting out into the hot tub. It stuck to the bottom of our white hot tub floor. Now I have to drain it and see if I can get the many tar streaks off. I would really like to sue this company for putting a product like that out there. Apparently there is no quality control. Our hot tub is only a few months old and now I'm dealing with this.
