These shears are great for my purpose. I’m cutting 1000D Cordura and heavyweight duck material and I really like them. Good weight in my hand, I haven’t had to sharpen them yet, so we’ll see how long that edge holds.

These work great for cutting fiberglass batts of insulation! A time saver.

I use shears/scissors in my shop to cut roofing membrane (TPO & PVC) that is essentially a thin, flexible “plastic-like” material. I have about 4 pair of the Kai 7300 12-inch shears, so I wanted to try something different. So far, these are holding up very well. They aren’t quite on the same level as my Kai shears, but they aren’t far off!! They’re also $20 cheaper than the Kai brand ones. I love how heavy-duty they are built, and the blade seems to be staying nice and sharp (so far). I would definitely recommend these… especially if you aren’t wanting to pay top dollar for other brands.
