I absolutely love this pillow and can't sleep without it. This is the second one that I have purchased because the first one started 'leaking' after a couple of years. But I figured I had just worn it out so I ordered another one in Sept 2024. This time it started 'leaking' in about 3 months. It is very expensive and should not be doing that. It stains everything it lays on. I put an extra little pillow case on it to try to help with staining the sheets, etc. but it just stains the pillow case now. I wish I could get my money back but it is past the time to send it back. Too bad

Cover is not like the photo, just plain navy. Cover is too small to allow for full size, binds up on sides. Doesn’t say SPRY on anything! Very disappointing. Sounds like plastic on ends. Poorly made. Bought for my dad. He enjoys it, and has not seen other fluidized pillows to see the poor quality, and that the cover isn’t what was expected.

We got this pillow for my grandson who has lukadystrophy. He works perfectly to conform and give his neck the support it needs. The cooling pad is awesome for his headaches. Great product recommend to any one who wants comfort and support.

Too expensive for what it is. It loses its shape while using it. I will return it.
