Works nicely for now
Update: The seller has contacted me and was very helpful in making things right. I appreciate a good seller like that. Update: After using the mandolin chopper 3 times and washing as the instructions say, the container that sits under it has developed cracks in multiple places. I believe that over time it will just continue to deteriorate. The chopper still looks good, but I imagine the shoot will also start cracking eventually since it looks to be make from the same see through plastic. Original review: I've been wanting a mandolin but I'm always hesitant to get one for fear of cutting myself. This once for all is exactly what I've been looking for. It does what a mandolins does but in such a safer way. I'm not afraid to use it and cleaning it is pretty easy. It takes seconds to chop literally anything. It's a huge time saver!

Funciona bien y sin peligro como las mandolinas profesionales. Por supuesto las profesionales cortan a lo largo de vegetales como de un calabacín. Buenas instrucciones, también hay algunas en YouTube.

Good for a year but blade started to chip, and plastic teeth started to split.
Purchased Sept 20, 2024. Worked great; however, after a year and two months the metal blade has very tiny chips (only used for Vegetables and Fruit), and the plastic teeth are splitting. Cannot find a replacement blade and not worth replacing the blade with the plastic teeth chipping as well.

Easy to use and clean
This mandoline is very easy to use. I mainly bought it because the shute was bigger to hold vegetables. I have one that I have to cut potatoes or squash in half or thirds to use it. I really like the wide handle. It sliced very easily and is not complicated to adjust the blades. The dish to hold the slices is a good size. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great companion in the kitchen
Like they say in the instruction the blades are sharp but they do a really good job slicing and dicing!
