Printer is good. Especially the Wi-Fi Direct option. Very useful to print from mobile. But ink cartridges are expensive.

Pathetic Amazon Service
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the product I received and the support I have experienced. Today, I received my Canon PIXMA E470 All-in-One Wi-Fi Printer ordered through Amazon. When I unboxed the printer and attempted to set it up, I found that the power button is not working, and the printer does not switch on at all. The product appears to be defective right out of the box. When I checked my order, I noticed that the product is still within the replacement window. However, when I contacted Amazon Customer Support, I was informed that there is no option available for replacement. Instead, I was advised to contact Canon directly or visit a local Canon service center. I find this response extremely disappointing. I purchased the product from Amazon, and I expect Amazon to take responsibility for resolving issues related to a defective product delivered to me. Asking customers to coordinate with the manufacturer or visit service centers for a product that is defective on arrival is neither convenient nor acceptable. I request Amazon to honor its replacement policy and arrange for a replacement of the defective printer at the earliest. I chose to shop on Amazon because of its customer-centric service, and I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved promptly.

I really like this canon printer it's affordable and easy to install i really love the quality of printing both black and colour no smudge i really like the quality of this product they also provided both ink cartridges, it's really compatible for home use
