I have a free standing single person egg chair from Rona that's generic like the ones sold everywhere and this fits perfectly. It's more similar to windbreaker material when compared to other thick/sturdy ones I've bought through Amazon for patio furniture, but it seems to be slim pickings for egg chair covers. So far its been through some intense windstorms and rain and did its job.

Love this egg chair cover - very well made. Very large but that's better than too small. My only problem was that mine is a hanging chair and I didn't want to take it down from the hook. The way the cover is designed, the opening is at the bottom with a drawstring that works well but I would have had to cut a hole in the top of the cover. I finally decided to take the chair down and turn it upside down on its side on the patio floor. I then covered it and tucked the excess underneath the bottom of the chair that laid on the cement patio floor. Works really well and I'm very happy with it. Very reasonable price for a cover that will protect the chair during the winter months. Much better than finding someone to carry the chair from the patio to the basement every fall and then bring it up again in the spring!! Love it.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting the world, but I got it. Got my first hanging egg chair & was getting tired of dragging the cushions off and on to use it for an hr. Once you pull the drawstring bottom tight, you don’t have to adjust it again & can just use the zipper only to get it on & off. They have been at least 3 severe thunderstorms & it’s stayed on & the book & 2 sets of cushions I left inside stayed dry. As long as you tighten the bottom securely, it will stay on with strong winds & rain. It fit great & easily adjustable. Easy to use. We’ll see how it survives the winter, but I’d buy again.

Fits the egg chair I purchased on line from Walmart. Made well, good working zipper to close. Might add a tab to top to clip to frame so I can open and pull back without it falling off the back to the porch floor. That way it will be easy to grab to close when I'm finished sitting/rocking.
