Life Extension Vitamin D and K with Sea-Iodine, 60 Capsules (Pack of 3)

My mom bought it and asked me to write a review for her. Amazing! She bought this after the doctor told her her Vitamin D was really low and she just started taking these with no change in her diet or excercise or anything and her doctor told her she`s perfect now. Amazing!

I consider Life Extension to be one of the more reliable supplement brands though in this case, I do not understand the rationale for adding nearly %700 of RDA of iodine to this formula. I'd rather see a smaller pill at a lower cost with the same amounts of Vitamin D3 & Vitamin K sans Iodine.

Just looking at what was sent made me think the order was short, so I counted them out of curiosity. It was 20 capsules short. Not much, but it proved to me you can’t trust them. I put all of the capsules in one jar and it wasn’t near full. Why send 3 with so little in them? Supposed to be 180 capsules, I got 160

We don't get much vitamin D from sunshine here in Colorado and having the vitamin K included with it is a good thing.

I really like this product and have blood taken regularly so I know that the product does make it into my system. Reliable!

My Eye doctor told me specifically this brand, this amount. He must be right!
