Is there any plastic at all in this product or packaging?

Yes. The mesh ID window is plastic and the wallet comes in a box and the box comes in a plastic poly. Hope this will help. Thanks.

What are the actual dimension? I don't want one of those things that you need a pair of pliers to pull out a credit card.

I used one for a while but it was a bit bulky I found, so went with a more minimalist one simply to the brand ridge. But with this one I had no trouble accessing my cards.
