Pre-installed 3rd party apps didn’t reliably work, which is a problem, since you can’t easily download apps nor update pre-existing ones (updates in settings is for the OS, not the apps). Spotify and Spotify Kids were outdated, and so had authentication problems preventing successful login (could log-in via Chrome, which lags and is inconvenient).
