purchased 10/7/18. loses and regains connection constantly. drops calls. drops 1 ph or other when Bluetooth connected to both. weak range barely 30' most time w/in 15'. I noted as a side that this device has no Battery level indicator,either visual or audible.disappointing and inconvenient.I have used several bluetooth headsets, all die within a yr it seems. but this device is a beta testers epic fail. Your fired.added 3/18/19.the plastic neck collar just broke so this device lasted barly 5 months.I highly suggest a different Device.JA

I have been using these head phones for not even 2 months yet and one side has stop working.....the sound in them was good but now one side no longer work less then 2 months laterUPDATESo I was sent a replacement set of headphones which are really working great so far. They have really great customer service and communication. They reached out to me regarding my product that stop working and immediately sent me another one to make it right.....so because of their willing to make things right I will give them a 4 stars.....only not giving 5 bc my original product stop working

I purchase two of these headsets when they were on sale both have already broken one only after about a month the other one after about four months.The plastic the material they are made out of is very cheap and very easy lead brakes The second set I was extra careful with ended broke as well The previous headset I own before these lasted for like 3 years.

I always had problems with the retractable mechanism. The vendor send me some tips to fix it but they never worked right. I had to push it in manually most of the time or just leave them hanging. The sound and battery life were good. However out of a sudden they felt off my neck and I noticed that they broke right in the middle of the band. That part is hard plastic so no matter how many times I had glued them they keep on breaking and falling off my neck. No way to fix them. I'm in the process of buying a better ones.

Pros:best battery life I've experienced with this style of headsetI like the retracting style of ear buds.Cons:-headset broke after about one month of light use, the folding brackets are pointless and add a point of weakness to the design.-The headset sits uncomfortably high on your neck, and I don't have a huge neck.-Lack of buttons for music track controlUpdate: the company has great customer service, they've sent a replacement headset that seems to work pretty well. I'll review it after I've spent some time using it.

I love this headset I recommend charging fully for 3.5 hours first out of box. After that man this headset on one full charge it has lasted me over 38+ hours of continued use that's talking and music. It is sweatproof I work in heavy equipment so I sweat alot and this thing stands up to being soaked, also it's very very comfortable around the neck had it on there for 14 hours and not once bothered me. As far as sound and call quality is far better than some lgs on the market I personally had lg infinim and this headset blows it by like a turtle vs a lambo! calls are crystal clear and music is great! very rarely people do not hear me! that's say something for someone who operate heavy machinery. All in all one of the best 27.00 I have paid in years, save your self the headache and get this headset!!! you'll be foolish not to!!!

Its very easy to use and the sound is good. However, battery life is about 12 hours. I've made certain to charge it fully but still cannot get more than about 12 hours. It's usable though, otherwise.

Even though it was not the brand I ordered I’m satisfied so far with these I ordered the LBELL ONE AND RECEIVED THESE THEIR JUST THE SAME AND WORK FINE.
