Yes, it should. While on my Dewalt XR-DCS tool, the distance from the edge of the blade to the tool is about 2-1/4." That length is about the same measured inside an outlet box (front to back), so the blade length should easily clear the nail mount locations. I have cut through nails fine, but trying to cut through a drywall screw, dulled the blade. Still, this blade is far better than the standard (non-titanium) ones.

Is this blade intended for grout removal and tile cutting?

No. You need the dewalt oscillating tool blade for grout removal, carbide dwa4219m or dwa4220.

Can you use these blades on the Fein without an adapter?

No. Dewalt blades are quick release specific, a feature Fein does not have.

Lasted longer than the others but still not long enough.

Even on pine skirting boards, it didn't last that long before blunting. Still better than the ones Bunnings sell.

Best blade I've used so far

Compared to the regular blades, this one is much more durable and able to cut through nails without dulling significantly. Don't expect the same cutting hardened steel screws. Worth it!
