Good flavour, effective but pricey
I like the cherry, lychee, lime, apricot and pomegranate flavours so far. Mix easily, I use 800mls bottle.

Tasty healthy drink
These are quite expensive but having tried numerous other cheaper brands I do come back to these every time. The flavour and contents canโt be beaten. They dissolve quickly unlike lots of the tablet electrolytes. I didnโt notice any side effects and they kept me very refreshed.

I picked up the Humantra Hydration Packets after hearing good things and theyโve really impressed me. Bad packaging, bad claims, bad product
I wish I could give 0 stars. Product came opened with uneven number of packets so definitely some have been taken out. You need to take 3 doses each day which amounts to using 3 sachets in 1.5ltrs of water per day. If I could drank 1,5ltrs of water a day why would I need a supplement. No authority has approved any of their claims of vitimins added. This product is a hoax and can't be returned. Do yourself a favour, don't bother.
