I'm taking it daily as a preventative now, but it helped when I had stones in the past. Although it took quite a bit of time (4-6 weeks) when I already had them. If you've ever been in as much pain as I have (8.5+ out of 10) for hours upon hours, and you know that going to a hospital will only cost you $$$$$$$ with the diagnosis "Hey, you've got a kidney stone, go see a urologist and get a lithotripsy ( hidden message - fork out more $$$$$$)" Then I hope this works for you as it really does for me. I have oxalate stones and my unscientific analysis is that this stuff works by eroding the material that binds the oxalate crystals. I've looked at the stones I've passed in the past under a high quality microscope ( sick I know) but that is my conclusion. I eat right to avoid the stones - but they just kept coming.
