Did it work miracles for me? No, but it did help stretch out the back of my neck to relieve a decent amount of tension. After stretching with this, a dose of Advil, and a round with a heating pad, the majority of my pain was gone. So will it single-handedly cure all your headaches and neck pain? Will it work every time on every type of headache? Probably not. These couple of days the pain reduced to a manageable level, and I could actually move my head from side to side without much problem. Even my friends could tell the difference.
