Good quality prunes,.moist and tasty. but are smaller in size. If you have constipation problems have 3 a day. Prunes are even good for pregnant ladies as well.

ABOUT PRUNES - Prunes(Dry fruit) are dried plums. They are seedless, black in colour. A very good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Iron, lowers cholesterol level. Upon eating you will experience a Burst's of mix flavours in your mouth - tangy, it's very own but less sweetness, soft-chewy in texture and sticky. Best to substitute your evening snacks with prunes and other dry fruits.DELMONTE - Brand needs no introduction but somehow it's prunes lacks in taste. We expected prunes to be bigger and fuller like normally how they should be but Delmonte Prunes tasted like medicine more than being tangy, sweet. They were difficult to chew. Not at all soft-chewy. Highly Disappointed.PACKAGING - Best to keep in the way they are packed and available in the market and please "Do Not tranfer them" into your Storage bottles/jars. Its looses its moisture and no fun to eat. They become all the more rubbery.PRICE - Because its a Dry fruit prices are sky high but fails to deliver against the price paid. 130gms for INR 165/-PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - Was easily available.DELIVERY - Was pretty much on time.PS- If buying Delmonte Prunes, please note that in the picture packaging looks pretty big but it's a very small packet which you will get.
