Fantastic and NO KID GLOVES!!
We bought these after I read about them in a culinary magazine and a friend got the trying pan set. My friend tagged about them and now I'm here to confirm that they are great. They are stainless on the outside and titanium on the inside so there's no chemical coating, no PFAs, no plastics, nada. Since titanium is stronger than steel you can use stainless steel, wood, silicone, and any other cooking tools you like. They actually recommend cleaning the interior with SOS pads (wow!). Since we have a having pot rack in no longer have to with about making sure the interior never accidentally touches another pan that could scratch it. Yes I'm still going to take great care of them but I'm no longer on constant pot watch every time I need to hang something up. Cooking: They've been great so far using them on induction, we've got a vintage copper gas stove as well and they're great as long as you use low heat. I take more time cooking and less time rushing but they maintain that non-stick ability very well. They give a good sear like steel or aluminum and we've got zero complaints. Biggest issue is finding them in stock on sale or even I'm stock so we just bought the entire set instead of starting with the 2 pan frying set which was what was originally desired. Now with the full set no more worries. Highly recommended.

Unknown long term durability but they are performing GREAT so far
I'll have to wait longer to determine how well these pans last. We'll see in a year or two. However, having only used them for a week, they heat evenly, they're super easy to cook and clean, and the food turns out great. Clean up only takes a quick rinse with warm/hot water. So far I love these pans. They make me a better cook and they are truly non-stick. Much love.

Effectively durable non-stick, but slightly sub-par cookware in other aspects.
Effectively durable non-stick, but slightly sub-par cookware in other aspects. Ti coating is effective, and durability seems similar to the same coating drill bits use; significantly harder than your usual steel utensils. I cannot seem to damage this surface with normal use. Nonstick performance seems on par with slightly worn ceramic--effective enough to be non-stick. This is actually preferable for searing where you want food to slightly stick for a good sear. If you are used to stainless this is stupidly easy to cook on. Cookware itself is thin, with what seems to be a 1mm Al core; minimally sufficient. The steel cladding on the exterior is polished, somewhat resistant to discoloring, but does not wrap around to protect the pan edges. Handles are good, though some rough, thin edges are present. Lids are flimsy, loose fitting, but sufficient. It seems a great deal of quality was sacrificed for the Ti coating, while trying to maintain effective pricing. The thin metal is not usually an issue because of the non-stick performance; if this was a regular stainless surface without enough metal to store and dump heat to flash cook a surface, this would be unacceptable. Even heating is still much better than carbon steel or cast iron. However pre-heating the pan to sear scallops has a limited effect, and therefore burner performance is important. Unexpected positive from the thin metal on the pans and lids--it heats and reacts quickly, is lightweight for better ergonomics. For comparison, I cook on Demeyre and de Buyer cookware. Those are very (very) heavyweight pans, which help reduce sticking on what are usually temperamental surfaces. Bonus positive; I can use salt in the pan now without worry, unlike stainless steel. Overall very good, but more nuanced thought is a high end coating on a budget pan body. It cooks very well despite the tradeoffs, which I think were managed effectively. I am uncertain if I can call this luxury, although it does feel at least premium.

Not cheap but am loving them. Perhaps these are my forever pans (and without forever chemicals).
I have been looking for a good set for my ceramic top. An important feature is a heavy flat bottom so the heat transfer from burner to pan is good. These have that yet they aren't heavy like cast iron or carbon steel. I've also been wanting to get rid of all of my teflon-type coated pans. But I didn't want to lose the non-stick feature that makes those pans almost indispensable. I have cast iron and carbon steel but have used those less and less on the glasstop stove. Mainly fear I guess - thinking I was going to smash the glass top. And, lets be real, they require another level of care. I've only been using for a couple weeks. I can say that they are awesome. They look great although I wish there was a brushed steel exterior finish. They feel solid. The bottoms are flat and substantial. The inside ...looks... like a teflon coated pan but is instead titanium metal bonded to the aluminum core (with a stainless steel exterior). Super easy to clean so far. I expect that to continue to be the case. They aren't magic, though. I think some less experienced cooks think nonstick means no oil needed. You do need oil. Oil is your cooking friend. Safe up to 600F in your oven. Not many cookwares go that high. I doubt I'll ever use one of these in an oven that hot but it's good to know the materials and build quality can handle that temp. One other big positive for me is the lids. They are solid stainless steel. My 3 year old Calphalon set that I just gifted had glass lids, banded with metal and a bit of, I'm guessing, silicon between the glass and steel. The problem with those, and in my opinion completely disgusting, was that water got between the glass and metal. Doesn't sound like a problem but try this. Warm a pan on the stove with just the lid on. You'll see that water leach out into the pan as it expands. That water is disgusting. Soap and rinse agent from your dishwasher. Starches and oils and salts, etc. from all that you cook. On sale from Amazon for a good deal less than even the Viking site with a 15% off newsletter signup. I'm not sure how often they go on sale so if you're thinking about these, keep your eyes open. Biggest complaint is the 10 piece set doesn't include a larger fry pan (unless you consider a 10" pan large. Even mostly cooking for just two, I find a 12" fry pan is a necessity and one of my most used pieces. Luckily I was able to buy one of those separately, also on sale, and still my final cost was a good amount below the $800 list price.

Shrinkflation?
Shrinkflation? Except for the 2 frying pans everything in this set is smaller than my current set of pans. It's like these are between child and adult sized pots and pans. I bought an additional larger saute pan that's not quite as tall, less volume overall as well. There's only 2 of us but I cannot imagine a family of 4 or more using these given the size.

Good but need better fitting lids.
Seems to be entirely non stick and truely coated with titanium however the lids don't fit precisely with the pans and the frying pans don't have lids otherwise they are great so far.

So far, so good
We have hard water. Boiling water for pasta or simmering water causes rings that are hard to remove on the interior coating of the pots. As far as nonstick and durability, so far these pots and pans are very good, but only time will tell. One other advice, do not let it sit overnight in the sink, Rust spots will form on the stainless steel.

So far so good - with reservations!
So far so good-ish! Set arrived late from the US so not a good start. Pans were in good condition but two of the lids were badly bent out of shape and effectively unusable. Tried to arrange replacements but the only option was to return the whole set and get a refund. Wanted to keep the pans so took the hit on the unusable lids. To be absolutely blunt the lids are rubbish anyway so really no loss. My advice is if you have glass lids from a previous set of pans that will fit then keep and use those. Much better than the crappy ones supplied with the set. I agree with other comments regarding the handles, they are angled too high so makes it difficult to manoeuvre and to hold when cleaning. They look good and are a good weight. I followed the recommendations around pre heating and oil quantities etc and all the pans are impressive in cooking a range of things from eggs and bechemel to veg, steaks, fish and everything in between. The saute pan is a favourite but don't believe the sales pitch, it's way too small for stir fry - you'll still need a good wok. Apart from the slightly awkward handles cleaning really is easy and even dried on stuff (after leaving pan to cool) comes off easily. Overall I'm so far happy with this VERY EXPENSIVE set and use one or more of the pans every day. If they are still in the same shape after a year I'll be ecstatic. We'll see!
