Costume or new identity?
5 stars, but also a mild warning to your sanity: your kid will never take this off. This suit was clearly designed by a parent who gets it. When duty calls—or when your toddler’s Spidey-senses start tingling because they suddenly MUST GO RIGHT NOW—you don’t have to strip them naked in a public bathroom because it has a zipper between the legs! And the attached flip-off gloves mean we aren’t playing "find the missing Spider-Man hand" every five minutes. Plus, the hood somehow wrangled all of my son's long curls without a fight! He wore this costume for four straight months. Four. Months. He literally ran holes straight through the feet before I finally gave in and bought a duplicate. If you want your child to fully commit to a life of crime-fighting in your living room, this is the suit for you!

Excellent, I recommend. (Updated)
Got this for my son to wear to the spiderman movie this weekend. He tried it on and it fits great! He's about to go 6 in October, weighs about 40lbs and is a tiny bit shorter than the average child his age. It is light weight so a jacket might be needed if you get it for Halloween or movies like us. The zipper in the back is my only concern. Giving 5 stars for now Update: Hand wash only The tag on the head was hurting him so I cut it off. Everything held up well.
